In the app (fastest)

Open DON'T FOLD. and sign in.
Tap your avatar at the top to open Profile (or, if you see the subscription screen, scroll to the bottom of it).
Tap Delete account and confirm. If you signed in a while ago, the app asks you to confirm it is you (Google, Apple or your password) first.

The deletion happens right away.

Without the app

Email contact@khenitech.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my DON'T FOLD. account". We confirm it is your account by replying to that address, then delete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your behavior log entries, mission completions and user profile.
Your subscription record, your daily AI usage counters and any reports you sent on AI replies.
Your sign-in account. We also ask RevenueCat, our subscription service, to delete its copy of your purchase record.

Crash and error reports, aggregate analytics, short-lived server logs, report alerts in our team's Slack workspace and Meta install-attribution data are kept by those services for their own retention periods; they carry at most your former account ID, which no longer leads to you. Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your store account: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
